"If you’re craving something warm, interactive, and satisfying, this hotpot spot definitely delivers. From the moment you sit down, you’re greeted with a wide variety of fresh ingredients—thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles—all neatly prepared and ready to cook. Service is also commendable. Ariel is attentive and helpful for first-timers who might not be familiar with how hotpot works. Overall, it’s not just about the food—it’s the whole experience. Perfect for gatherings with friends or family, especially on a rainy day or when you just want something comforting and filling. Verdict: Highly recommended for both beginners and hotpot lovers!"

Special mention to Sir Nathan, the manager, for his professionalism and warm accommodation, and to Miss Joyce from the crew for being friendly, efficient, and very attentive throughout our visit."

"I was very hungry when I visited City Hotpot in BGC, and I’m so glad we discovered this place. I always travel with my younger sister, who’s a complete vegetarian, and it’s usually quite challenging to find the right restaurant in the Philippines for her. But City Hotpot turned out to be the perfect spot for both of us. The staff were super friendly and guided us to our seats right away. I ordered shrimp with black mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. I loved the whole experience of cooking the food myself—it made the meal more fun and memorable. My sister went for ramen with mushrooms and green veggies, and she was equally happy with her choice. It’s rare to find a place that caters so well to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and this one does it right. Overall, I’d say City Hotpot is definitely worth a visit. The food is fresh, flavorful, and fun to prepare. I loved everything we tried here and would happily come back."

"We were so hungry and came across this hotpot place. We went in without a reservation, and gladly, they accommodated us PLUS, they’re pet-friendly! Yes, you read that right, our furbabies are allowed inside the resto. We tried their Premium Meat Platter 2 and Wagyu—everything tasted authentic and premium. Definitely worth the price!"

"Had such a great experience at this hotpot restaurant! The broth was rich and flavorful, and there were so many fresh ingredients to choose from—meat, seafood, and veggies were all top quality. I especially loved how customizable everything was, from the soup base to the dipping sauces. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would like to emphasize how knowledgeable they are for telling us about ginseng. I'm on my first trimester pregnancy. The overall ambiance was perfect for sharing a meal with family or friends. Definitely worth coming back for—highly recommended if you’re craving something warm, comforting, and satisfying!!!"
